Benefits of Vinegar, Honey, and Cinnamon

Interesting

Lisanne's Fibro Blog

I have started my vinegar, honey, and cinnamon experiment. I want to see if this will help with my many/various health issues. I am also hoping that by posting the fact that I am doing so here in this medium that it will lend to some responsibility on my part.

If any of you have any experiences with these remedies, please share!  🙂

Wish me luck!!  🙂

  1. Here in Sicily we use a lot of cinnamon, both in sweets and, believe it or not, in tomato sauce. Yes, it gives a really nice taste to the sauce, we also add a bit of sugar and raisins. This is the typical Sicilian sauce. Cinnamon has many health benefits. When we lived in India, the local people told me it was good for losing weight, but don’t exaggerate, no need to take too much. Honey of course is good for the throat and respiratory problems. Depending on the type of honey, the benefits change. I don’t know about vinegar, but when I was a child I used to drink the vinegar right out of the bottle. My father made it himself from the wine he made. My mother thought that if I wanted to drink the vinegar, maybe I needed it so she didn’t stop me. Have a nice Sunday.
